Cityfest, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation, solicits sponsorships and grants that subsidize the City of Wilmington's financial and staffing contributions to arts and cultural programs. The Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs and other city departments, along with volunteer community input and assistance, provides project staff.
