The Wilmington Housing Partnership (WHPartnership) is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 1989 by the City of Wilmington to increase homeownership and to improve the quality of housing in the City. To achieve these ends, the WHPartnership functions at times as a developer. At other times, it functions as a facilitator for housing developers (both private and non-profit) by raising and making funding available for projects which conform to WHPartnership goals.
