PROPERTY DISPOSITON PROGRAM

Follow these simple steps for property disposition RFP's.

STEP 1: PDP LIST

Dowload and review the Property Disposition Program List here (PDF).

  • 927 Clifford Brown Walk
    Type of Property: Residential
    Open House: Tuesday March 2, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
    Proposal Due: Wednesday, March 31 by 3:00 p.m.
  • 1331 N. Heald Street
    Type of Property: Commercial/Residential
    Open House: Thursday March 11, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
    Proposal Due: Wednesday, March 31 by 3:00 p.m.

STEP 2: LETTER OF INTEREST

Send a letter of interest containing the following:

  • contact information (name, address, telephone number and fax number)
  • the address of the lot or structure that you are interested in acquiring.

Please send the letter to:

STEP 3: LETTER OF RECEIPT

The Department of Real Estate & Housing will send a letter to requester(s) with notification that the letter of interest was received.

STEP 4: RFP ADVERTISEMENTS

Requesters will be notified. Request for Proposal advertisements will be posted on the City's website.

STEP 5: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FORM

Fill out the Request for Proposal form. Send completed form to:

Please submit proposal in a sealed envelope. Be sure to write the developer's name and the proposed property address on the front.

Property dispositions shall be subject to liens and/or restrictions in favor of the City of Wilmington. It is the descretion of the Department of Real Estate and Housing's director to determine the extent of such liens and/or restrictions.
