Health Benefits

The City of Wilmington also provides an employee assistance program through HMS (Human Management Services, Inc.). For more information, visit their website at www.hmsincorp.com or call the 24-hour hotline at (800) 343-2186.

Driver's Verification

The City of Wilmington requires all employees who drive a City vehicle to verify that they are in compliance with all state motor vehicle regulations and laws. All drivers must sign Drivers Verification form that allows the Personnel Department to obtain state driving records.

Internet Access Reimbursement

As part of the City's benefits package, eligible employees may apply for and receive a reimbursement of up to $180 per year for the cost of personal/home access to an internet service provider ("ISP") of the employee's choice, including access packages bundled with a computer. An internet access request for reimbursement form and proof of payment must be submitted.
