Zoning Code and Zoning Map

Copies of the Zoning Code are available from the City Council Office, located on the 9th Floor of the City County Building, 800 N. French Street, Wilmington, Delaware. Office hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The cost of the Zoning Code is $15.00 per copy, payable by cash or a check made out to the City of Wilmington.
