Mayor Baker Hosts City Services Fair on Wednesday, October 14

Citizens are urged to attend to learn more about City government and address issues of concern; All City’s Departments will be present to answer questions and discuss constituent issues

To make your City government more accessible to the entire community, Wilmington Mayor James M. Baker and the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services is hosting a City Services Fair in the Louis L. Redding City/County Building, 800 N. French Street, on Wednesday, October 14 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Representatives from each City Department will be onsite to provide information about their departments and to discuss city programs and services. Additionally, the Departments of Finance and Licenses & Inspections will have extended business hours to accept payments and answer inquiries.

“The City Services Fair offers ‘one-stop shopping’ to all City residents,” said Mayor Baker. “Our goal is to provide residents with the opportunity to learn more about their local government in a relaxed environment where they can talk one-on-one with City officials.”
