In the continuing investigation into the homicide which occurred in the 200 block of W. 20th Street on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 12:18 p.m., Wilmington Police detectives have released the identity of the victim. Detectives say that 30-year-old Irving Ward of the 200 block of W. 20th Street was shot during an apparent robbery attempt.
At this time, suspect information is vague.
