On January 27, 2008 at approximately 3:50 a.m., Wilmington Police Officers were dispatched to the 1203 North Locust Street on a complaint of shots being fired. On their arrival, officers found the victim, a 40 year old Wilmington man, unconscious, lying on the floor of a restroom. It appeared the victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect information at this time.
