    2. Permit Referral DR-1541: University and Whist Club, 805 North Broom Street. Request for expansion of enclosed dining room to area of deck dining. Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 10-17.

    3. Permit Referral DR-1542: 1106 Pennsylvania Avenue. Request from Ursuline Academy for demolition of small garage and rear sections of former convent to allow conversion of the building to new use as a Student Life Center. Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 11-17.

    4. Permit Referral DR-1543: 700 North Clayton Street. Request to demolish rear and side two story open porches (not original to the building). Referred under the demolition provisions of §48-36 (D). Resolution 12-17.
