This meeting is convening to vote on the seal coating proposals for Rock Manor and Ed Oliver. We were hoping to get a third bid from SME but nothing was submitted.

The low bid for the paving was submitted by D&S Paving for both
courses for $46,350. Progressive Paving was $76,000. D&S job description:
- Clean (sweep and blow off) parking lot
- Apply 2 coats of sealmaster asphalt sealer to proposed areas
- Prep cracks by sweeping, weed eating and blowing off
- Apply approx. 5000 linear feet of hot tar crack filling to long
running cracks and seams
- Including line striping the parking lot with Sherwin Williams
traffic paint or comparable, including handicaps, fire lines and fire lanes, and cross walks
