Resolution 3-26: A proposal to annex and rezone approximately 4.1 acres consisting of seven parcels of land from New Castle County H I (Heavy Industrial) zoning to City of Wilmington M-1 (Light Manufacturing).
REGULAR MEETING
A. New Business
1. Resolution 2-26: A proposal to amend the Comprehensive Development Plan to support the annexation of approximately 4.1 acres located in New Castle County into the City of Wilmington’s corporate limits.
2. Resolution 3-26: A proposal to annex and rezone approximately 4.1 acres consisting of seven parcels of land from New Castle County H I (Heavy Industrial) zoning to City of Wilmington M-1 (Light Manufacturing).
3. Resolution 4-26; WF 01-26: A proposal by Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to establish commercial cellular antennas and related equipment cabinets on the roof of the EDIS building located at 110 South Poplar Street in a W-4 waterfront zoning district, as a use permitted with Zoning Board of Adjustment approval.
4. Motion to Reconsider Resolution 1-26: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 48 of the City Code to require the Zoning Board of Adjustment to notify At-Large Councilmembers of pending hearings. Ordinance 25-071.
