Permit Referral DR-1830: 417 S. Claymont Street. Request to demolish a twin duplex

residential building. Referred under the City Code provisions of § 48-36(d).

South Wilmington potential National Register District. Resolution 11-26.

Permit Referral DR-1831: 713 N. Market Street. Request for façade changes as a part of a

residential conversion. Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 12-

26.
