Proposal to use contemporary materials to return a traditional look to the building; includes removal of 9th Street entrance, redefinition of Market Street entrance as the “Main” entrance, and enlargement of the Shipley Street entrance. Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 35-18.

    • Permit Referral DR-1601: 233 North King Street. Request to install internally-illuminated signs along the first floor of the North King Street and East 3rd Street elevations. Lower Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 36-18.

    • Permit Referral DR-1602: 317 North Market Street, 2 and 4 West 4th Street. Request to retain changes made to storefront windows and knee walls without review or issuance of building permit, make repairs to various architectural elements on the commercial buildings. Lower Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 37-18.
