WILMINGTON, DE – The City of Wilmington is excited to announce its upcoming Small Business Vendor Expo on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Rodney Square, located at 1000 N. Market Street.
This free, family-friendly event will celebrate Wilmington’s vibrant small business community, featuring an eclectic mix of local vendors offering handmade goods, crafts, jewelry, apparel, wellness products, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop unique finds, connect with entrepreneurs, and experience the creativity that drives the city’s economic and cultural growth.
“Wilmington’s small businesses are the heartbeat of our community,” said Mayor John Carney. “This expo is a chance to celebrate the innovation and resilience of our local entrepreneurs while encouraging residents to support the people behind the products.”
In addition to vendor booths, the day will include live music, food trucks, and interactive experiences designed to foster community spirit and engagement. Whether you’re a longtime resident or a first-time visitor, the Vendor Expo offers something for everyone.
The Vendor Expo is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to uplifting small businesses, promoting local commerce, and creating vibrant spaces where the community can come together and thrive.
