Real-time traffic and travel map available at City website and the link below

Wilmington’s Public Works Department has compiled the attached list of streets on which construction or maintenance will occur this week by the City itself, or by either DelDOT, Delmarva Power, or private contractors. This information is for Tuesday, October 21, through Friday, October 31, 2025.  

The City’s website contains a real-time map that is updated daily so you can follow any changes to the weekly schedule caused by weather or other construction-related delays. Public Works Commissioner Kelly Williams said every effort is made to compile the most accurate list each week of street projects that could affect your travel in the City the following week. She cautioned, however, that the time frames for the listed projects could be altered if they are delayed due to factors such as the weather. 

7th Street Bridge Closure: 

Please be advised that the 7th Street Bridge between Jackson St. and Adams St. is closed to car traffic until further notice.
