The Little Free Library at Brandywine Mills Plaza is located at 1902 Superfine Lane in Wilmington. Brandywine Partners (with President Peg Tigue, and Board Member and City Councilwoman Zanthia Oliver) partnered with the Department of Parks and Recreation to make this project a success.
