Volunteers Replenish Mulch in City Parks

July 10, 2021 was the first day of a a collaboration between the City of Wilmington Park Maintenance Division and the Delaware County Tide football organization that was implemented a little over a month ago with the approval of Park Maintenance Superintendent Leonard Williams. The collaboration will work to replenish mulch around the playground structures throughout the parks in the city covering the eight councilmanic districts. The volunteers pictured here completed work work at Elbert Park in District 4's Southbridge neighborhood.
