About the Commission
The Wilmington Park Trust Fund Commission may receive and hold in trust for park and recreational purposes, exempt from taxation, any grant or devise of real estate or rights therein, and any gift or bequest of money or other personal property, made for park or recreational purposes by any person or corporation.
