About the Board
The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears appeals and decides on applications by landowners that affect zoning regulations.
The meeting schedule is provided below. Meeting are held at the Louis L. Redding City/County Building, Council Chambers, 800 N. French Street. The schedule is subject to change. Meetings are open to the public.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) consists of three members - the Mayor or his/her designee, the City Solicitor or his/her designee, and the City Engineer or his/her designee.
