New Online Billing Portal Launching July 7, 2025

The City of Wilmington is launching a new billing and payment system for Property Tax, Utility Bills, and License and Inspection Fees. Starting July 7, 2025, residents can pay online using credit/debit cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets. The new portal also offers autopay, account management, and usage tracking.
