Payment agreements are available for parking and photo-enforced red-light tickets.

A vehicle owner with at least seventy-five dollars ($75.00) in parking or red-light ticket debt (including late fees/penalties) and boot fees may obtain a payment agreement from the City to pay their outstanding fines and fees.

Payment agreements will provide for payments in equal monthly installments.  A vehicle owner may choose to pay more than the monthly installment for any given month or pay the balance in full at any time.

There is no charge to set up or maintain a payment agreement.

A vehicle owner whose vehicle has been immobilized (booted) or towed may obtain a release of their vehicle by entering into a payment agreement with the City and making their first payment. 

Lost boot fees (fees assessed to a vehicle owner for having removed a boot unlawfully) are not subject to payment agreements, and vehicle owners who have unlawfully removed a boot previously may not be eligible for a payment. Towing and daily storage fees charged by a tow company are also not subject to payment agreements with the City.
