Cityfest endorses, supports, sponsors, and produces events and experiences that foster vibrant neighborhoods, downtown and greater Wilmington. Some of the exciting events that are hosted include the Clifford Brown Jazz Festival, the monthly Art Loop, and the July 4th Celebration.

Apply for a Special Events Permit

Visit the City of Wilmington's Event Permitting Center at https://www.wilmingtonde.gov/specialevents to review the frequently asked questions to help you with the application processes.

All permits must be submitted 45 days before your scheduled event date. Please follow the payment instructions carefully.
