Enhance your cardiovascular fitness; improve your muscular endurance and overall strength. Our water aerobics classes are often performed in chest-deep water, this type of exercise appeals to swimmers and non-swimmers alike. If you think you’re ready to take the plunge, join any of our water aerobics classes at the “Hicks” Community Center.
