Office of State Planning and Coordination
Delaware law requires all counties and municipalities to have a comprehensive plan in place that is reviewed and updated every 10 years. Following approval by the City, the new citywide comprehensive plan will go to the Office of State Planning Coordination (OSPC) for final approval. Click here to explore OSPC’s website.
