CITY OF WILMINGTON
PROPOSED FY2018 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given by the City of Wilmington that a draft of the proposed Neighborhood Revitalization Strategic Area (NRSA) for the FY2018 program has been prepared. The NRSA outlines how the City intends to create economic opportunities in the target area of the East Side and North East. In accordance with the federal regulations at 24 CFR, Part 91, the City of Wilmington is required to prepare and submit an amendment to the Consolidated Annual Action Plan for its Housing and Community Development Programs.
In order to obtain the views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties, the City of Wilmington has placed its proposed NRSA for FY2018 on public display in the following locations during normal operational hours beginning on November 7th, 2016:

The information will be available for public review for seven days. Public comment on the proposed NRSA for FY2018 can be directed in writing to Vaughn Watson, Senior Program Administrator, Department of Real Estate and Housing, 800 French Street, Wilmington DE 19801 or emailed to: vwatson@WilmingtonDE.gov and should be received no later than the close of business on Monday, November 14th, 2016. Comments will be included in the document submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
